1. Purpose of the Site

The Site presents information about Enriched Code and its services, publishes articles, and lists job openings. Content on the Site is provided for general information only. It does not constitute professional advice, a quotation, or an offer to contract. Our services are provided exclusively under individually signed agreements, which prevail over anything on the Site.

2. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, articles, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Enriched Code Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. “Enriched Code”, “Code Enrichi”, and the ECI logo are trademarks of Enriched Code Inc. Third-party names and logos are the property of their respective owners.

You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of the content — including scraping or republishing — requires our prior written consent.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site:

• in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation;
• to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems;
• to transmit malware, spam, or any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing;
• to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization.

4. Job postings

Job openings published on the Site are subject to change or removal without notice. A posting is an invitation to apply, not a binding offer of employment or contract. We may verify the information provided in any application. Applicants may be interviewed in French; candidates in Quebec may request to communicate with us in French at any stage.

5. No warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enriched Code Inc., its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Following a link to a third-party site is at your own risk.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought before the courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec.

9. Email legal notice

The following notice applies to email messages sent by Enriched Code Inc. and may be reproduced in our email signatures:

• This message and any attachments are confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom they are addressed. They may contain information that is privileged, confidential, or exempt from disclosure under applicable law.
